Cineáltas: Action Plan on Bullying:This is the Department of Education’s whole-education approach to preventing and addressing bullying. It includes updated anti-bullying procedures and resources to support schools and the wider education community.
Bí Cineálta : Primary School Resources These cover the many different types of bullying, linking same to Wellbeing, SPHE & RSE. There is also an excellent section in this resource pack , specifically for parents.
FUSE Programme: Developed by the DCU Anti-Bullying Centre, this is Ireland’s only research-based anti-bullying and online safety programme. It aims to build capacity in schools to tackle bullying and empower students to recognise and report risks.
STAR SEN Toolkit: This toolkit is specifically designed for students with special educational needs and is available through the Webwise resource pages.
National Parents Council (NPC) Training: The NPC offers free, one-and-a-half-hour anti-bullying training sessions for parents. These sessions cover the Anti Bullying Procedures for schools and are designed to help parents support their children with bullying-related issues, all detailed on the NPC website.
