Enrolment for Senior Infants to 6th Class- Application Form

The application form is available here: Pre-enrolment Form.  Please note that to complete the form, you will need a copy of your son’s birth certificate and proof of your address (utility bill) dated within the past 6 months.

Please note that completing this Form does not guarantee an offer of a place in Scoil Phádraig.

Once you have completed the Form and sent the details to the school, we will be in contact with you in respect of your application.
